Booking Policy

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after we receive the required payment and send a confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the trip date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 15-30 days will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 15 days of the trip date.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required to confirm your booking unless otherwise specified. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.
